Refund policy

Because of the way the events are organised and planned, we employ a strict no-refund policy.

if multiple events are advertised on the same event page, you are allowed to change your registration to one of the other events. However this is subject to a administration fee. If the ticket you are transferring to has a lower (early bird or introduction) price, the difference will not be refunded If the ticket has a higher price you are required to pay the difference before you can complete the transfer.

Payment and Invoice

Prices are in euro’s and excluding VAT and will be subject to a charge of 21% VAT applicable to Dutch law. If you are a business and enter a correct VAT number and address, the system will allow you to use the ICP (intern-Communal) VAT exemption rules within the European Union (only for non-Dutch businesses).

If you book this training personally and can ask for a refund with your employer, please ask them for the relevant business address and VAT number to add in the registration form.

A couple of days after your registration is complete, you will receive an invoice with VAT specification and all required information from our own billing system. Because eventbrite it's method to auto-generate these invoices breaks Dutch fiscal laws, specifically their handling of invoice numbers, we have to resort to this solution.

payment in Pound Sterling

The Eventbrite system does not allow us to set the price of the event to the British Pounds sterling.

If you would rather pay in Pounds instead of Euro’s, please choose to pay per invoice.

Please note registration is only complete the moment we have received your payment. Also note that the price listed will be the price excluding the Eventbrite fees when you pay by invoice.

The exchange rate will be set by us at the moment we create your invoice in pounds sterling and therefore may differ from the exchange rates available online. Also note that you will have to take care of any international transfer fees with your bank.

Pre-registration procedure

To make sure we can deliver you this training and you are paying for something that will go ahead, we are employing a pre-registration procedure for the first couple of seats available. This procedure is undertaken by offering a "free" registration seat which will change into a paid registration as soon as the minimum number of delicates has been reached.

PLEASE NOTE: entering your information and registering under our pre-registration procedure means you are entering into a contract with us to fully pay for the registration as soon as the minimum number of delicates has been reached.

At that moment we will require you to pay the full amount listed in the ticket description within 72 hours of us notifying you of your requirement to complete payment. At the moment of notification, all other payment terms and cancelation terms will apply in full. The notification will include all instructions required to complete your payment process.

We may, at our sole discretion, offer a discount for pre-registration candidates. If this is the case, we will notify you of this at the moment you are also notified your payment is due.

Force Major and cancelation

We are sorry if we have to cancel the training because of unforeseen circumstances caused by any event out of our control.

In the, hopefully, unlikely event we have to cancel the training, we will have the right to reschedule the training to

a new time and date or possibly another location or both.

If the training is fully cancelled and not rescheduled we will do our best to refund part of the registration fee, however we have no obligation to refund inline with our refund policy.
