We connect to our own breath through different techniques, with a gentle invitation to slow down and feel. A full sensory experience.No pressure to create anything permanent.Just hands meeting earth in silence.A space to slow down.To breathe.To feel.To let go.And to return the clay gently back to the cycle when we’re done.
