In this workshop, we will guide you through a cupping session ('cupping' is a process we use in the industry to evaluate coffee, don’t worry we will explain everything!). You will taste a range of our seasonal coffees, Arabica, Robusta, light and darker roasts side by side and start tuning into what makes each one different.
Along the way, we will touch on the basics: from green coffee and how it is processed to how roasting brings out different flavours. You will also learn how to describe what you are tasting and figure out what kind of coffee you enjoy.
But it is not only about flavour. Every cup has a story and we will take you behind the scenes to meet the people and places behind our coffees. You will see how we work directly with farmers and why that makes all the difference.
