<h2>Join Our Community Art Workshops with (e)motions!</h2>Get ready to explore your creativity and express your feelings at Nivon Rotterdam on April 18 or May 9, 2026 at 14:00(CEST). These fun, hands-on workshops are all about connecting through art and emotions in a relaxed, friendly vibe. Do you feel tired or overwhelmed by your work?Maybe the demands keep increasing and your time keeps shrinking.Time for a break! Join us for a special workshop that will help you recharge in a safe space where you can simply be yourself.<ul><li>What to Expect:</li></ul><ol><li>Warm-up exercise: move while connect with everyone in the space. Guided by music and repetitive exercise.</li><li>Big creation: Create a colourful mess on a collective big paper.</li><li>Experiment with natural materials (pastels, spices, clay, etc.) freely.</li><li>Music will guide us throughout the practice and a few bites to give us fuel.</li></ol>Calm energy, soft rhythms, and a totally judgment-free zone.<ul><li>Workshop 1 (18th April)</li></ul>The seeds. Feel it, Move it, Trace itWe’ll guide you through movement and interactive exercises to wake up the body. Using storytelling to bring your senses into the present moment, we’ll connect with nature, each other, and ourselves.<ul><li>Workshop 2 (9th May)</li></ul>The Growth. Activating the sensesWe’ll expand the senses while focusing separately. This will bring us closer to our emotions and non-verbal connections. Through slow pace movements and guided exercises to feel the body and the people around us. Wear: Comfortable clothes you can move and breathe in.Bring: An open mind.
