Receive distance Reiki healing in community - every Tuesday for the month of December. Simply come as you are, no experience necessary.

Join Reiki Master Kirien for an hour of deep rest, relaxation and stress relief - every Tuesday at 19:00 CET. 🕯️(Click on "Check availability" to see that in your own timezone) Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive method of healing through deep compassionate presence and transformative relaxation. When giving Reiki, I aim to support and empower your own body's innate self-healing and self-balancing mechanisms. The power of Reiki energy is not limited by geographical distance - it can be experienced from anywhere, at any time. Making an intention to receive, to prioritise your own well-being and comfort during the session, is sufficient.Previous experience with Reiki is not necessary. For beginners, I typically describe Reiki as "like a silent meditation, where you can get all the benefits of meditating without needing to sit up straight, focus on anything, follow your breath, or even stay awake". Receiving a Reiki treatment is a beautiful practice of giving to yourself - allowing yourself time to rest, to just receive, without having to "do anything". 🕯️ ScheduleWe begin with a short check-in to bring ourselves into the circle and establish a sense of togetherness. You are invited to bring any intentions for the session, to help me know how to support you better.Then, I'll invite everyone to take a comfortable position - ideally laying down, with your eyes closed or looking away from the screen - and start with a short guided meditation to support releasing of tension and transition into a receptive state.I will stay on camera, and send Reiki to each one of you, individually and as a collective, while playing meditation music in the background.There will be a few minutes at the end for check outs and optional sharing. 🕯️ Practical notesWhen: every Tuesday in December 2025 at 19:00 CETWhere: on Zoom (link is provided upon registration)How long: 60 minHow to prepare: I recommend creating a space for yourself where you can be as comfortable as possible, and not disturbed for our hour together. Turn off notifications, light a candle, grab lots of blankets and pillows, make some tea. Whatever will support you to feel comfortable and safe.Donations: Community care sessions are offered on a donation basis to support accessibility and lean into a practice of gift economy. If you feel able to donate, to help me stay sufficiently resourced so I can offer more events like these, this would be deeply appreciated. You are welcome exactly as you are. In our sharing before and after the practice, you are welcome to bring in what is on your heart, even if it feels heavy.
