Unfortunately cancelled due to the heavy rain last night. Will reschedule soon!FREE COMMUNITY VINYASA PRACTICEMy friends keep telling me "I'll come to your class soon!" but they never did (to be honest, my regular class is on Tuesdays at 7am...). But then I thought it would be a great opportunity to organize a community event and practice together outside - with friends, friends of friends, and more.This event is welcome to everyone! If you never practiced asana, you won't be the only one and class will be begginer friendly. Trying something new can be scary, but I never regretted going out of my confort zone. Maybe it will be the same for you.I find practicing in nature super special. I'll share the pin a little closer to the date to the people who sign up through the event, and if the weather is grumpy, we'll reschedule.It's BYOM, so if you have a mat at home, please bring it with you. If you don't have one, please contact me and we'll see how we can team up to find one for everyone.Can't wait to see you (again or for the first time) very soon. If you feel like staying, that would be super fun too.Take care,Laurie
