We organise an International Comedy Showcase every 2 weeks on Sunday afternoons at 3pm  in the heart of Utrecht at the Utrechter City Brasserie and Bar.

Mad Cow Comedy organises workshops and courses to support comedians and performers to develop their skills.

ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP: <ul><li>Date: Saturday 3rd May</li><li>Location: Parijsboulevard 178, 3541 CX Utrecht (this is a former clothing store, so you’ll find it along the parade of shops. It’s now the UICF workshop location, which they’re kindly letting us use).</li><li>Getting here: Our venue is a few minutes’ walk from Utrecht Leidsche Rijn station (which is only 4 minutes by train from Utrecht Central Station.</li><li>Time: 14:00 – 18:00 (doors open 13:45)</li><li>What to bring: Something to make notes is useful, other than that, just a mindset to learn and have fun!</li></ul> CONFIDENCE THROUGH COMEDYComedian and top speaking coach, Mel Byron, leads a fun, yet highly practical, workshop which will boost your confidence on any stage.Whether you are already a comedian, or would love to boost your confidence as a presenter in the ‘day job’, you’ll gain lots of tools to help you make a real impact on your audience.Perhaps you’ve always wanted to take up comedy as a refreshing change from the day job? After two decades in the publishing industry, she now works with comedians and businesspeople to help them shine in their fields, and use humour to make real connection.Mel performs all over the UK, and overseas, as a stand-up and MC. She has toured four solo shows to festivals including Edinburgh, Brighton, Manchester and Festrogen (Luxembourg).
