Join us for a inspirational, calming and grounding walk to create inner peace &amp; balance and to connect to your inner wisdom and nature.The walk will include awareness and mindfulness practices, meditation and contemplation.Please wear comfortable clothes. For some of the meditations we may sit on the grass.(if it rains lightly the walk will go ahead - please bring a rain jacket and plastic sheet/bag to sit on)We will start and finish at the cafe of De Boshalte. You can come a little earlier and/or stay for a while after the walk for coffee &amp; chat (consumption not included) Programme:14:15 - Meet &amp; Greet @ De Boshalte (optional)14:30 - Mindfulness Walk &amp; Meditation15:30 - coffee &amp; chat @ De Boshalte (optional)This introduction walk is FREE. Donations are appreciated (all proceeds will go to Stichting De Boshalte, a charity that supports the local community, in particular vulnerable people)
