Corporate venturing, i.e. the creation of new business in the context of established organizations, is gaining momentum worldwide and is crucial for the long-term survival of companies. On April 19th, Corporate Venturing Network, Rotterdam School of Management and Tilburg University will organize the 4th Corporate Venturing & Entrepreneurship Summit.
This year, the main theme of the event will be “The Collaborative Edge: Using Corporate Venturing to Make a Positive Impact".
The Summit brings together professionals from corporates and researchers from academia from all over Europe to share their knowledge and experiences on the different aspects of Corporate Venturing. It is a unique opportunity to network with corporate venturing professionals, researchers and VCs. This year, the keynote speakers will be:
- Rob van der Horst – Directeur Alliander New Business
- Paola Criscuolo – Professor at Imperial College Business School
- Joost Matthijssen – Chief Strategy Officer at Nutreco
- Sophie Manigart - Professor at Vlerick Business School
The summit will be a mix of keynote speakers (morning) and interactive workshops and debate (afternoon). The summit also provides you an excellent opportunity to extend your network, providing you a unique opportunity to network with corporate venturing professionals, researchers and VC’s .
