CRAFTING SKILL #4: Fermentation & Kombucha Workshop
CRAFTING SKILL is a series of workshops and gatherings that explore hands-on making through sustainable and accessible practices.
For the fourth workshop in the series, we will explore the basics of fermentation through kombucha drink-making. Together, we will learn how kombucha is brewed, discuss the role of microorganisms in fermentation, and prepare a batch to take home.
This workshop is open to all skill levels, from complete beginners to those already interested in fermentation. Along the way, we will reflect on food preservation, reuse, and the value of slow, living processes.
Participants are encouraged to bring a clean glass jar if they would like to take home a starter batch.
Date: 28.06.2026
Time: 14:00 - 17:00
