Creativity and The Self: Build Your Courage Canvas
Overview
You feel the pull—that quiet voice calling you to create, to make, to simply be in a state of flow. Yet, in a world of constant demands, claiming that time for yourself can feel like a guilty indulgence. Whether an entrepreneur, aspiring business owner, or multi-committed human moving through this busy world, balancing your life with creative time will release you from stress, if even for that moment.
What if that creative time wasn't a luxury, but the most essential investment you could make in your physical and mental well-being?
This is your workshop. This is where you move from permission to power, and leave with an increased confidence to claim your creative time, and transform your life because of it.
The Workshop
Throughout out time together, we will discuss rituals and insights from more well-known creatives. This is not a simple art class. This is a hands-on ritual where you will physically redefine your hero for taking creative time, with creative time, through storytelling.
Using a palette of paints, textures, found words, and other media, you will create a personal "Courage Canvas." This tangible masterpiece will serve as a powerful visual manifesto of your commitment to YOU time. As you layer materials and build your story, you will physically feel the wellness benefits: the calming of your mind, the focus of your energy, and the joyful liberation of putting yourself first.
You will leave with more than just art. You will leave with:
- A fortified belief in the necessity of your creative time.
- A personalized redefinition for defending that time with confidence.
- A tangible, beautiful reminder of the wellness and power that awaits when you do.
Stop asking for permission. The most profound well-being tool is already within you.
Honor your creativity to reclaim your time and transform your personal state of being.
