About Your Hosts
About Sevgül, your creative co-host and founder of Evil Strawberry Illustration & Design. Creative activities will be led by co-host, graphic designer and illustrator Sevgül Sümer Dielemans of Evil Strawberry Illustration & Design. Sevgül is an organizer and facilitator for a phenomenal evening, international drawing group. She has mentored designers, and she has taught people how to become fabulous painters. Her free time is fiercely coveted to enjoy nature for inspiration, as well as time with her husband and two cats. Some of Sevgül's current hot projects are illustration for (top secret) and creating a graphic novel (also top secret). She is a Dutch citizen, originally from Turkey, bringing a warm, welcoming force for community and atmospheric-level collaboration for all. About Justin, your co-host and founder of Disruptive Cheerleader & The Human Prototype Lab. Justin Nadolski takes great pleasure in organizing groups, events, and giving people an easy, intimately safe place to connect and sometimes unravel. As an immigrant from de Verenigde Staten, he arrived in the Netherlands with husband and two cats just this January 2025. From being a visual artist, poet, and veterinary hospital administrator, to recruiting director and regional trainer, Justin stands by this motto: What each person creates for their world, in their life, for their moment, is something no one else can do, not even a machine. Motivating others or holding a space for other humans to speak truth in intimate, safe spaces, is his purpose in life. Though constantly reading about self-development, brand creation/management, and odd academic research around creativity, he can also be caught watching a horror movie now and then. He goes against norms, especially as traditional ways do not work in such a fast-shifting world of creativity, business and community protective relationships, hence the business name The Disruptive Cheerleader.
