In this seventh session, we gather to read texts by Silvia Federici and Pjotr Kropotkin, thinking the commons as a living, relational practice that exceeds the human. Readings:Silvia Federici, Re-enchanting the World<ul><li>“Commons Against and Beyond Capitalism”</li><li>“Re-enchanting the World: Feminism and the Politics of the Commons”</li></ul> Pjotr Kropotkin, Mutual Aid<ul><li>Chapter 1: “Mutual Aid Among Animals”</li></ul> Reading Federici’s reflections on re-enchantment, care, and the politics of the commons alongside Kropotkin’s attention to cooperation across species, we explore commoning as something enacted through bodies, land, and more-than-human worlds. Rather than an ideal or a finished form, the commons appears here as an ongoing, fragile practice — shaped through attention, responsibility, and shared life. Registration is required. As this is a reading-based session, participants are kindly asked to commit to reading the texts in advance in order to support a shared and attentive discussion.All are welcome.
