De derde middag in de reeks Cultuurhaven events gewijd aan Perzische poëzie, ditmaal met het thema "een ontmoeting in woorden"

Amerikaanse ambassade, Lange Voorhout 102Op 15 februari is de derde Perzische poëziemiddag binnen de Cultuurhaven bij West, georganiseerd door Eli. Het Auditorium van de voormalige Amerikaanse ambassade staat deze middag volledig in het teken van de pracht en strijdlust van zowel Farsi als Nederlandse dichtkunst.Dit keer is het thema ‘Een ontmoeting in woorden’, met als speciale gast niemand minder dan Nafiss Nia. Nafiss Nia is Iraans-Nederlandse dichter en filmmaker. Ze heeft verscheidene dichtbundels uitgebracht, zoals Esfahan, mijn hoopstee en 26 woorden voor schoonheid, alsook een aantal (korte) speelfilms en documentaires. Ze heeft bijdragen geleverd aan verschillende bloemlezingen en bundels, alsook filmfestivals zoals het IFFR.Voor deze Perzische poëziemiddag zal Nia een ontmoeting in woorden met het publiek creëren. Ze vertelt over haar creativiteit en proces als maker, de (filmische) keuzes die ze moet maken, en het belang van verhalen vertellen. Het is geen lezing of filmvertoning, maar een sessie voor luisteren, herkenning en verbinding.Juist deze verbinding is nu van groot belang: vanwege de recente politieke ontwikkelingen in Iran zal dit evenement stilstaan bij en opgedragen worden aan de slachtoffers van de huidige Iraanse opstand.Vanaf 14:00 bent u van harte welkom voor deze bijzondere middag in het Auditorium bij West Den Haag. The Auditorium of the former American embassy will be entirely dedicated to the beauty and spirit of both Farsi and Dutch poetry.This time, the theme is “A Meeting in Words,” with special guest Nafiss Nia. Nafiss Nia is an Iranian-Dutch poet and filmmaker. She has published several poetry collections, including Esfahan, mijn hoopstee and 26 woorden voor schoonheid, as well as a number of (short) feature films and documentaries. She has contributed to various anthologies and collections, and to film festivals such as International Film Festival Rotterdam.During this Persian Poetry Afternoon, Nia will create a meeting in words with the audience. She will speak about her creativity and her process as a maker, the (cinematic) choices she has to make, and the importance of storytelling. This is not a lecture or a film screening, but a session focused on listening, recognition, and connection.This connection is especially important right now: because of the recent political developments in Iran, this event will be dedicated to and remember the victims of the current political upsurge in Iran.From 14:00 onwards, you are warmly invited to attend this special afternoon in the Auditorium at West Den Haag. Admission is free with registration.Please note: the primary language of this event is Farsi. --- در تاریخ ۱۵ فوریه، سومین بعدازظهر شعر فارسی در Cultuurhaven bij West و به همت Eli برگزار می‌شود. تالار (Auditorium) سفارت پیشین آمریکا در این بعدازظهر به‌طور کامل به شکوه و روحیه‌ی پویای شعر فارسی و هلندی اختصاص خواهد داشت. این‌بار، موضوع برنامه «دیداری در واژه‌ها» است و مهمان ویژه‌ی آن Nafiss Nia خواهد بود. نافیس نیا شاعر و فیلم‌ساز ایرانی-هلندی است. او چندین مجموعه شعر از جمله «اصفهان، امیدخانه‌ی من» و «۲۶ واژه برای زیبایی» منتشر کرده و همچنین تعدادی فیلم بلند کوتاه و مستند ساخته است. آثار او در گلچین‌ها و مجموعه‌های مختلف منتشر شده و در جشنواره‌های سینمایی، از جمله International Film Festival Rotterdam، به نمایش درآمده‌اند. در این بعدازظهر شعر فارسی، نیا دیداری در واژه‌ها با مخاطبان رقم خواهد زد. او از خلاقیت و فرایند آفرینش خود به‌عنوان یک هنرمند سخن می‌گوید، از انتخاب‌های (سینمایی) که ناگزیر به انجام آن‌هاست و از اهمیت روایت و داستان‌گویی. این برنامه نه یک سخنرانی است و نه نمایش فیلم، بلکه نشستی برای شنیدن، هم‌ذات‌پنداری و ایجاد پیوند است. از ساعت ۱۴:۰۰ به بعد، حضور شما در این بعدازظهر ویژه در Auditorium bij West Den Haag صمیمانه خوش‌آمد گفته می‌شود. ورود با ثبت‌نام قبلی رایگان است.
