When will the event take place?

The event takes place on Thursday, August 21st 2025. Doors will open at 11.00, the event starts at 12.00. The social event in the evening will start at 18.00.

Where will the event take place?

The presentation and talks in the afternoon will take place in the Amare, in The Hague . The social event in the evening will take place in the Azorra Beach, in Scheveningen.

How can I reach the Amare?

How can I reach the Azorra Beachclub?

In the evening, CyberSQUAD will continue at beachclub Azorra. Park you car at the paid parking spot “Zwarte Pad Scheveningen”, Gevers Deynootweg, 2586 HZ The Hague (open 24/7) or take tram 1 or 9 to the final stop “Zwarte Pad”.  If by bike, we recommend you park your bike at “Biesieklette".

Who can attend this event?

The event is invite-only by the co-organizers Connect2Trust, DIVD Academy and Jong-PvIB. We also warmly welcome referrals to register for the event.

Can I register separately for the afternoon and  the evening?

Yes, on the registration page you can select which parts of the event you will be attending (afternoon or evening). We encourage everyone to attend both. Please note, your preferences will be saved and a no-show fee of € 10 will be charged if applicable.

How do I know if my registration for this event is  successful?

After clicking “register” on Eventbrite, you should receive an automatically generated confirmation e-mail within a few minutes. Don’t forget to check you SPAM folder. Have you received no confirmation? Please let us know via cybersquad@connect2trust.nl

I don’t like to be photographed or filmed. How  can I communicate my preferences?

During the registration process on the day of the event, you will be asked if you have any objections against being photographed or filmed. In case you have any objections, your nametag will indicate your preferences to the on-site professionals.

For what purposes will the photos and  aftermovie be used?

With CyberSQUAD, we are building the next generation of CISOs, CIOs and CTOs. Photos of the event and the aftermovie will be used on both closed and open social media channels for promotional and community-building purposes.

How will my personal data from my registration be used?

We only use the information that you provided to us during your registration for the purpose of communicating with you about this event and to ensure you have an awesome conference experience.

No, the event is in-person only and no live video connection and/or recordings will be made.

Yes, attending CyberSQUAD is completely free of charge. Travelling to the venue(s) and any related cost are for you to arrange.

I have dietary restrictions. How can I  communicate them?

You can communicate your dietary restrictions upon registration via Eventbrite. Should your situation change, please let us know via cybersquad@connect2trust.nl . We will share your preferences with the caterer anonymously. Do make sure to talk to us or the caterers on site to avoid any doubt.

I registered for the event, but will no longer be  able to attend. What do I do?

If unfortunately you are no longer able to attend (parts of) the event, please let us know in time via cybersquad@connect2trust.nl. If not, a no-show fee of € 10 will be charged.
