Join Equals for the NN Dam tot Damloop! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

Are you ready to challenge yourself and experience one of the Netherlands' most iconic running events? Equals is excited to invite you to participate in the NN Dam tot Damloop, a thrilling 16km race from Amsterdam to Zaandam, designed for both seasoned runners and enthusiastic beginners alike.

As part of our team, you'll not only enjoy the camaraderie and support of running with Equals, but you'll also receive exclusive access to two complimentary training sessions led by the inspiring Mirjam Heldman, a dedicated run ambassador at lululemon.

Training Session Details:

First Training Session

  • Date: Wednesday 4-sept > 5km run
  • Time: 17.30 -18.30 (+- 1 hour)
  • Location: Equals

    Second Training Session
  • Date: Wednesday 11-sept > 10km run
  • Time: Time: 17.30 -19.00 (+- 1,5 hour)
  • Location: Equals

More information:

  • Runs will be on a social tempo max 6min.30sec per km.
  • Start 17.30 at Equals (and end at Equals) (around +-one hour)

About Mirjam Heldman

Mirjam has been running for over 20 years and has used running as a tool to discover herself to deep levels. Running has been a constant in her life through many changes, and she has used it as an anchor in her life, constantly learning about the mind-body connection and exploring the themes of trust and change. She runs a blog called Myrunspiration, where she discusses these topics and engages with her community.Her goal: She just ran a 24h trail race. Her dream is to run a 100 mile Ultramarathon one day.

She has run many marathons and ultramarathons in her career to date. Running to Mirjam is so much more than just a physical activity. She believes it has a profound impact on her mental health and well-being, gives her self-confidence, and helps her to find a sense of clarity and mindfulness. In short, it really is her happy place. She is passionate about sharing this with others, through her community work and social media, and hopes to help others find their happy place!
