Darkness Into Light Nederland is er ook in 2021 weer! Doe met ons mee, de ochtend van 8 mei, aan dit wereldwijde evenement om aandacht te krijgen voor betere geestelijke gezondheid en voor het voorkomen van zelfdoding

Waar? Dit jaar anders dan anders: ook wij doen aan social distancing en komen niet op één plek samen. Liever hebben we dat deelnemers bij zonsopgang iets persoonlijks ondernemen.

Hoe? Zoals je wilt! Wandel, zwem, fiets, ren of ga gewoon zitten om de zon op te zien komen, uit solidariteit met hen die een crisis zitten. Laat ons zien wat je aan het doen bent en laten we er samen, als gemeenschap, een gedenkwaardig evenement van maken. Tag ons op je sociale media met #dilnl.

Honderd procent van de donaties gaan naar 113 Zelfmoordpreventie om hen te helpen hun belangrijke werk in Nederland te doen.

Darkness Into Light The Netherlands is back for 2021! Join us on morning of the 8th of May for this global event to promote positive mental health and awareness for suicide prevention.

Where? This year will be different; to keep with social distancing we will not be holding a gathering at one single location. Rather, we’re asking participants to do something personal at sunrise.

How? Do it your way! Walk, swim, cycle, run or just sit and watch the sunrise in solidarity with those in crisis. Let us see your efforts and together, as a community, we will make a memorable event. Tag us on all your socials and use #dilnl2021.

100% of all donations raised will go to the Dutch organization 113 Zelfmoordpreventie to help deliver vital programs and support services across the Netherlands.
