Feeling like a fraud but want to reclaim your confidence?  In this interactive workshop, you'll learn and get actionable steps to do so.

Have you ever thought “I can’t catch up with my colleagues, I just can't!”, “will I ever be THAT good?”. Or further, did you find yourself observing from the bench amazing people having lives you can only dream of having. We feel you!Chances are that like most humans (70% to be precise) you have experienced Imposter Syndrome at some point in your life. According to Psychology Today, people who have it feel that they aren’t as competent or intelligent as others might think.Because we really don’t want you walking around wasting your potential in useless second-guessing, we created a workshop where we dissect Imposter Syndrome. We will discuss how it looks, smells, and tastes, and what to do when it shows up at your door. Here is the outline: <ul><li>Personality traits that enhance Imposter Syndrome</li><li>The 5 most common types of "imposters"</li><li>3 ways to deal with your type of Imposter Syndrome</li></ul>This workshop is designed to find areas for improvement in the way we talk to ourselves, but of course, keeping it casual, that’s how we roll! You will learn tips and techniques to let go of imposter syndrome and reclaim your natural confidence. This workshop is focused on interaction and immediate implementation in breakout rooms. So be prepared to switch on your camera, interact, and experience. We are Deeply, an NGO, non-profit, non-GMO organization. We aim to empower you to experience personal development on your own terms. We are here to learn and make the world a better place by improving ourselves.
