A 4-hour introduction session facilitated by Mara Verduin & Yonathan Keren on the basics of Lewis Method of Deep Democracy, a powerful, yet practicle and easy to learn set of tools that support to enable all views to be heard. The tools actively invite different perspectives to be heard and to lean into the tension that inevitably arises from multiple views in order to create awareness and to be able to take inclusive decisions. Both individually and as a group.
