This workshop is facilitated by Mara Verduin in collaboration with Yonathan Keren (House of Deep Democracy).Educated as cultural anthropologist, fascinated by interactions, and passioned about strengthening communities, teams and organisations in living, working and co-creating together. Work background in participatory & inclusive processes in neighbourhoods ànd organisations, with citizens and professionals, around organisation & society themes and challenges. Experienced as trainer & facilitator. Certified Deep Democracy facilitator and currently studying Process Oriented Psychology and training to be a accredited DD trainer. Associated with Sh!ft Foundation, ICA Nederland and House of Deep Democracy. A 4-hour introduction session facilitated by Mara Verduin & Yonathan Keren on the basics of Lewis Method of Deep Democracy, a powerful, yet practicle and easy to learn set of tools that support to enable all views to be heard. The tools actively invite different perspectives to be heard and to lean into the tension that inevitably arises from multiple views in order to create awareness  and to be able to take inclusive decisions. Both individually and as a group.
