This session of Deeper Dialogues is about understanding the ADHD brain,
whether it’s yours or someone you love.

Deeper Dialogues is a recurring event that brings people together for meaningful, open conversations about topics that are often overlooked in daily life.It’s a space to pause, reflect, and connect hrough guided dialogue, small group discussions, and creative activities that help you see yourself and others from new perspectives. Every edition explores a different topic, blending conversation with reflection and tools you can use beyond the event. This session we will unlock ADHD in a safe space designed for everyone: individuals with an ADHD diagnosis, those who suspect they have ADHD, family and friends of people with ADHD, or anyone who simply wants to understand the ADHD brain better. Bahar Khodabakhsh, Clinical Psychologist, will facilitate an interactive workshop in which you will gain a deeper understanding of ADHD.
