Delft MaMa Spring Fling

Delft MaMa's vision is to connect international families living in and around Delft. This is one way we hope to connect and have some fun together!

We are renting the Westerhonk Playground, a private playground in the center of Delft. It is a completely enclosed playground, with bathrooms, lots of climbing sturctures, a sandplay area, a zipline, and trampolines.

Delft MaMa will provide some coffee and drinks for adults and kids. There is also a small snack shop which will also be open for additional drinks. We ask that everyone who attends brings a snack to share. This can be fresh fruit you buy on the way to the event or a favorite snack from your home company that you would like to share.

The ticket is free! However, there is a limit to how many people the playgorund allows, so we need everyone who wants to attend to reserve a ticket.

Of course, there are cost involved with an event like this and if you would ike to make a donation we would be very grateful! Here is a link were you can donate to Delft MaMa. A suggested donation is €1 per person (babies could be free). Regardless of if you give a donation or not, you need to reserve a ticket to come!

The schedule is very relaxed. Come and go as you need. We will be there from 9:00-13:00.

At 11:00 we will have scavenger hunt for the kids. There might be some more activities if we can find volunteers with skills, like facepainting or crafting. But for now it is mostly just one big play date at the park!

The playground does not allow for kids older than 12 years old. Kids older than this are welcome to come and hang out, but we ask that no one older that 12 years old (including adults) do not play on the playground. Not even the trampoline!
