About the facilitators

Adis Sophie Frémont is a French-Paraguayan and based in Amsterdam, Adis is a facilitator with a background in sales, marketing, and innovation. Passionate about creating transformative experiences, she guides leaders and individuals to design purposeful futures while nurturing deep connections.


Mario Varvoglis is Greek-American by heritage and French by adoption, Mario is a strong advocate of creativity and collaboration. With a focus on innovation, he guides people through the journey of transforming ideas into impactful outcomes, cultivating environments that support growth and inspire.

Is it necessary to already have a project in mind to better benefit from Designing Your Life?

Absolutely not! DYL helps broaden your perspectives and reveals unexpected possibilities. Having a too-specific project can limit your vision. We believe in multiple motivating projects throughout your journey. Our mission is to clarify your 'why,' boost your confidence.

Can I get the DYL training funded?

We are a recognized institution. If you have a training budget for personal development, it's best to contact your HR or manager. For more information, feel free to reach out to us. (contact@designingyourlife.nl)

What is included?

2.5-day in person workshop, certificate- upon completion, workbook with exercises to continue your life design journey, access to the Community, and a 2 hour follow up

What is the refund policy?

If you cancel within 48 hours of booking, you can get a full refund. 2 months before workshop: 70% refund, 1 month before workshop: 50% refund. Within 14 days of workshop, no refund is possible. You may transfer your ticket to someone else. A settlement payment is possible, please email us.
