This workshop invites us to take a look at how we deal with emotions in ourselves and others. Understanding what emotional intelligence is, and finding tools to navigate emotional challenges.Some topics we will talk about are:<ul><li>What is EQ (Emotional Intelligence)?</li><li>What is your EQ level?</li><li>Tools for self-awareness</li><li>Which are the worst emotions?</li><li>Acting, not reacting</li></ul>This workshop is designed for you to get insights into your own emotions, finding areas for improvement while having fun, and keeping it chill.We are Deeply, an NGO, non-profit, non-GMO organization.
