Joost van Dongen started his career in 2007, co-founding Ronimo Games. In 2022, he left the company in order to found his own: Galaxy Grove. In 2023, Galaxy Grove released their first game, Station to Station, on-time and on-budget. Their second game, Town to City, was recently announced, and is as of this moment also on-time and on-budget. This month at DGN Insights, Joost is sharing with us how he manages to do this, in this industry where going over time and over budget is all too common.
