During our previous bootcamps , workshops and surveys, we discovered the following findings based on the feedback from participants and overall inquiries from other interested diaspora entrepreneurs;●	Cult of ‘warm introductions’ locks out diaspora/migrants who often arrive from outside the EU from entrepreneurship ecosystems●	Ethnic minorities are hugely underrepresented in both founder circles &amp; investors, lacking role models for inspiration●	Diaspora/emigrants are categorized risky both in their countries of origin and host countries, thus missing out on funding opportunities for their innovative business ideas●	Only 17% founders in EU are diverse (Atamico’s state of European tech 2019)●	No diaspora/emigrants focused Platform to support then through the journey or resources●	No migrant focused funding program fronted by diaspora themselvesWhat does the Bootcamp entail?●	Delivered virtually and in person(The Hague Netherlands)●	A Classes of about 15-20 diaspora entrepreneurs(startups+scaleups)●	All sectors as our experts mine all ideas from the people●	Delivered in 10 modules plus 1 bonus introductory course and a free pitching eventOur Target Audience●	startups/scale-ups by migrants/diaspora<ul><li>Entrepreneurs who want to grow their businesses in the EU and/or Africa</li></ul>Conditions:●	Must be admitted to the program after a rigorous selection●	The participants should be able to finish the program●	Pay the subscription price of 450 euros .
