This workshop is designed for you if you:<ul><li>﻿are close to finishing school but do not know what to do next</li><li>are currently working but would like to feel more fulfilled doing something else </li><li>a﻿re somebody who wishes to rediscover yourself and do something that really matters to you</li><li>have a dream but see it as unachievable</li><li>a﻿re soon to retire and would like to start a new adventure by doing something that is truly fulfilling </li></ul>T﻿his workshop I created for my Master thesis in Positive Psychology. For this reason it is completely evidence based with insight from theories such as the self-determination theory and the gamification theory.This webinar is designed to be interactive, so I encourage you all to turn on your cameras and participate in the exercises as much as you wish. I am a true believer that interactive learning is what makes the information stick and be applied in real life. With both a master’s in Positive Psychology and Public Health, I cannot wait to share my knowledge, insights, and activities with you all!
