You’ve seen it on social media; the symptoms are similar to what you experience: you feel frustrated for not being productive enough, you feel like a procrastinator just because it’s hard for you to focus, keep your attention on something or the contrary, stop focusing on something you could go on forever. The good news is that it doesn’t have to be ADHD or one of other attention problems. It can be just the wrong approach and lack of a better, more efficient strategy.

A more efficient approach is what you’ll discover during this workshop, and you’ll go home with a different awareness about your abilities to focus and actionable strategies to improve and feel in control of your attention. This workshop is not intended for people with ADHD. Still, I know from experience that it can also benefit this case.

On the facilitator: Concetta Cucchiarelli

Concetta Cucchiarelli is an attention and decision-making strategist. She’s been researching attention for the last 15 years, discovering new essential insights, and creating the innovative framework “sustainable focus” that she teaches in training and 1-2-1 coaching, and that will soon be a book.
