PINK is delighted to present the third edition in the Drag and Draw series hosted by Stockport's very own Underbank Studios! Join us on Friday 26th January from 6:30pm-9pm for an evening of drawing and performance art.The night will include performances by three different drag artists, with three refreshment breaks throughout. Drawing materials such as pencils, oil pastels and paper will be provided free of charge. We encourage you to be inspired by the performance, draw from life or imagination -your choice. Capturing movement on paper may be tricky, but it’s worth it for the energy and vibrancy that it brings to your page - trust us! The event will include some 5 minute poses for you to catch a moment to study stillness too. The main focus of this event is to get you to loosen up, through personality, movement and colour.PINK will be providing a bar on the evening for your enjoyment, with selected alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. All proceeds from the bar go towards the upkeep of PINK's space and creative programme of exhibitions and events.Artisanal polish snacks will be available from our good friends Sticky Fingers too!---If you have any questions about the event, please get in touch with Katy via pinkmanchester@gmail.com

Agenda

Doors will be open to guests from 6:30pm. There will be a member of the PINK team on the door to welcome you and to guide you to the event space. The event space is on the 2nd floor. Whilst there is a lift available, there is a small set of stairs into the building from street level. We welcome anyone with access requirements to get in touch and see how we can support your visit.
