Dreaming Futures With Women
Event Information
About this event
What is dream-ideation for women?
As practitioners in the women's space, we often find ourselves having to point out what doesn't work for women. We don't get space to dream up a world in which women thrive. Let's get together to ideate what that world could look like.
Guided by prompts inspired from our women-centric research, you'll work together in small groups to explore concepts such as safety, trust, non-linearity – concepts that can positively impact women – and create what worlds can be possible if we only dared to dream!
What to expect during this session:
- Co-Dream: explore the possibilities of what a women-centric world could be
- Connect: Get to meet and know like-minded practitioners
- Reflect: Explore what Designing for Women could look like in your work and life
This is a virtual event that will be facilitated via Zoom, and in English. We'll likely use virtual whiteboards such as Miro or Figjam for the activities. Previous experience with either platform is not required to attend the event, but comfort with technology can help with participant engagement.
Can non-women-identifying individuals join?
Absolutely – we encourage all genders to join!
