Drumming together each month, we explore different ways to drum and for different purposes but we also invite our open hearts and minds to keep learning from the wisdom of the drum itself.
The rhythmic beat of the drum takes us deeper into consciousness and has been an individual and community practice for thousands of years.
Drumming in a group brings us into one rhythm, amplifying and expanding our consciousness and helping us remember our interconnectedness. There is a reason why we have always drummed, it brings us together and rhythm heals.
All drummers are welcome, whether you are new to it or are experienced.
There are drums available to borrow if you don't have your own.
