Dutch Dinner Experience for Travelers: Food, Stories & Local Culture
Enjoy a traditional Dutch dinner in Amsterdam with a local host. Taste Dutch dishes, hear local stories, and meet fellow travelers.
Event Overview
Spend a relaxed evening enjoying traditional Dutch cuisine while meeting fellow travelers from around the world. Hosted by a local Amsterdam tour guide, this intimate dinner is more than just a meal - it's an opportunity to experience Dutch culture, ask questions about life in the Netherlands, and receive personalized recommendations to make the most of your trip.
Your dinner includes a selection of four traditional Dutch sharing dishes, featuring a variety of Dutch cheeses, herring, smoked eel, and the famous bitterballen. You'll then enjoy your own traditional Dutch main course, with a choice of different types of stamppot, followed by a classic Dutch dessert such as homemade apple pie or poffertjes.
To keep the experience flexible, drinks are not included and can be ordered separately from the restaurant.
With a maximum of eight guests, the evening offers a warm and friendly atmosphere where conversations flow naturally. Whether you're traveling solo, with a partner, or with friends, you'll enjoy authentic Dutch food, discover local traditions, connect with fellow travelers, and get insider tips from a local guide who knows Amsterdam inside and out.
