What do I need for the best sound bath experience?

Headphones are recommended. Also: make sure you are in a comfortable place, either sitting or lying down. Have some extra blankets and pillows on hand, so you can adjust your position. Drink extra water. Keep a journal&pen or some drawing materials nearby.
