Join Certified EcoNIDRA Teacher Kirien for an hour of deep relaxation and reconnection with your inner & outer nature - every Friday at 19:00 CET. 🎄

EcoNIDRA is a form of Yoga Nidra that that weaves in elements of Forest Therapy and mindful nature connection. The practice is typically received in savasana, or another comfortable resting position, while my voice and the sounds of nature guide you on a journey - through the senses, the body, and the Earth.

Especially for those who struggle to get outdoors in colder and darker climates, have mobility limitations, or for any other reason, EcoNIDRA offers an accessible way to experience nature connection - no matter where you are, and how "unnatural" your immediate environment appears to be on the surface.

Previous experience with Yoga Nidra or related practices is not necessary. For beginners, I typically describe EcoNIDRA as "like a guided meditation, where you can get all the benefits of meditating without needing to sit up straight, focus on anything, follow your breath, pay attention to anything I'm saying, or even stay awake".

If more conventional forms of yoga, meditation, and outdoor nature connection has felt challenging or inaccessible to you - EcoNIDRA might be for you 🌱


🎄 Schedule

We begin with a short check-in to bring ourselves into the circle and establish a sense of togetherness. You are invited to bring any intentions for the session, to help me know how to support you better.

Then, I'll invite everyone to take a comfortable position, turn off your cameras, and the practice will begin with some spoken guidance from me (without any pressure to follow or pay attention exactly). The second half of the practice is a sound journey with nature sounds.

There will be a few minutes at the end for check outs and optional sharing.

When: every Friday in December 2025 at 19:00 CET

Where: on Zoom (link is provided upon registration)

How long: 60 min

How to prepare: I recommend creating a space for yourself where you can be as comfortable as possible, and not disturbed for our hour together. Turn off notifications, light a candle, grab lots of blankets and pillows, make some tea. Whatever will support you to feel comfortable and safe.

Donations: Community care sessions are offered on a donation basis to support accessibility and lean into a practice of gift economy. If you feel able to donate, to help me stay sufficiently resourced so I can offer more events like these, this would be deeply appreciated. A suggested donation amount is 10-20.
