You cannot micromanage your way to long-term success, you need to grow and empower your people to deliver on their own (both individually and as a team).In this session, you will learn the 3 conditions to empower your people to deliver the success.- Clarity - your people taking ACTION on their own- Business Judgment - your people making DECISIONS on their own- Influencing Skills - your people COLLABORATING on their own
