IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
PLEASE READ INFORMATION BELOW CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING TICKETS:
- This tour will take you to embassies and will take around **2½ HOURS**
- You will need a bike/scooter or other transport for the tour to get from one embassy to another.
- This tour ticket starts at the Embassy of the Republic of Rwanda at 18:40 and will end at the Embassy of Latvia at 21:15.
- You will receive your exact start address close to the date of the tour.
- You are responsible to get from one embassy to another and to be there on time.
- Closer to the date of the event we will email you a map and route that you must follow.
- If you want to do the tour together with your friends, please make sure to book all the tickets at the same time and for the same tour. We have limited tickets and tours can be full if you book at a later time.
- The tour involves around 4 km/20 mins of traveling /cycling time, with a maximum of 10 consecutive minutes.
- The timetable, route and embassies in this tour are set. You cannot divert from this route.
- Name, surname and email address for each attendee is required by the embassies to be allowed entrance.
- Please bring your identification with you. This is required to enter the embassies.
- Your tickets are not transferable to any other person.
- There are a limited number of tickets available, so please book soon to avoid disappointment.
- A refund of purchased tickets can be requested online until 25 august 2022. (The Eventbrite service & processing fee is not refunded).
GENERAL INFORMATION:
This year we will organise the second Embassy Tour as part of the Embassy Festival 2022.
We have arranged an exciting route for you to travel through the city of The Hague and visit some of the participating embassies. This is your opportunity to learn about the cultures and traditions of the various countries. You are responsible for traveling from one embassy to the other, but we shall of course make sure that the route is easily travelled by bike or scooter.
The ambassadors and their staff are looking forward to welcome you as their guests and promise to give you an unforgettable experience in their beautiful embassy buildings.
All embassies will create their own tour program, but we can already tell you that it’s going to be a great mixture of traditional music and dance, drinks and/or food tasting, a guided tour of the building and some more surprising activities.
All in the name of sharing and lifting global culture.
