The  Female Hub by Doors Open is the partner for women in leadership using somatic intelligence.With The Co-learning Track, the Female Hub powered by Doors Open hosts powerful 2-hour sessions with experts in the field who share insights, spark a conversation and stimulate all attendees to create a co-learning experience. Simultaneously, you can enlarge your network and engage with individuals who share a common interest in achieving diversity, equity and inclusion.

Are you seeking for a way to be able to reach your utmost potential as a female leader? Then this is the leadership programme for you!

Doors Open Female Hub

N﻿OTE: This program will take place every first Saturday AND Sunday of the month starting in April (therefore, the last two sessions will take place in July). Thus, the price is inclusive of all of the 8 sessions. The Female Hub uses various somatic tools as a means to tailor each session to your individual needs and wants. This programme will consist of four different modules which will be taught over the span of four months. One module will be completed per month (starting in April) and each module will be divided over the course of two consecutive days. We provide the programme over this length of time as a means for the knowledge and skills obtained to create a gradual, consistent, and sustainable change. The four modules are as follows: 1. Your soma - This module will be focused on understanding somatics and the introduction of practices used within the field. This will help you become more aware of your body and further see how this awareness can help you with your personal leadership style. 2. Your story - This module is fully focused on your narrative. In other words, this will help you become familiarised with your already conditioned patterns, guide you towards manifesting your vision, awakening the wisdom of your body, inherit the kindness and generosity you&#x27;re holding for yourself, and contextualising your fears so you can welcome them as friends. This will aim to bring further awareness with regards to how your shape influences your leadership. This is all about you and finding what works best according to your innate wants and needs!3. Your skills - In this module, there will be focus on your skills in terms of things such as communication styles in different contexts for example when facing conflicts, making requests, or giving feedback. Finally, the knowledge gained on how to utilize and emphasise your skills will be put into practice as a means to further embrace your true leadership style. 4. Your impact - This module revolves around your environment, those around you and your effect on these factors. This will allow you to reflect and see how your actions and words can go a long way towards making a positive impact. Furthermore, this module will allow you to take the time to reflect and learn from these factors which make an impact on you and your surroundings. The result of these four modules should reflect an embodied leader fully equipped for a continuous journey of growth and development. Interested?
