In this workshop, we dive into the internal processes behind a trigger and how they can shine a light on the things we need to work on.

Have you ever heard ...“I shut down when someone yells”?, or “I get so angry when I’m interrupted”?One person can be terribly aggravated by a “those are nice shoes” comment, while someone else might be indifferent or flattered. Why are we affected by different things? Turns out that triggers say a lot about us: our story, our current state, and how we interact with the environment. They can lead the way, showing us our weak spots and areas screaming for self-improvement. In this workshop, we dive into the internal processes behind a trigger and how they can shine a light on the things we need to work on.
