My Dear sister,
I am excited to invite you to join this empowering coaching program, which aims to unravel the complexities of gender differences and empower women to reclaim their personal strength, autonomy, and unique voice in society. Through this transformative journey, we will explore critical topics that resonate deeply within us today.

The MAP sessions will cover the following topics:

My female relationships: clearing insecurity, jealousy, and judgment concerning our sisters in life. Accepting ourselves more, creating safety within to experience nurturing relationships and deep connections with female relatives and friends.

My perception of men: Reflecting on personal perceptions of men and fostering empathy and understanding. Reflecting on trust in relationships and navigating feelings of trust or distrust towards men.

Our place in this world/ trained as second-class citizens: Examining our societal roles and challenging the notion of being trained as second-class citizens.

Female sexuality; in general,/ am I allowed to be a sexual person: Exploring female sexuality and asserting our right to sexual agency and expression.

Men’s perception of women, how men have treated me: Examining how men perceive women and reflecting on personal experiences of how men have treated us.

Control, the programming to allow oneself to be controlled and subordination: Addressing patterns of control and subordination and reclaiming agency over our lives.

Ownership, who does my body, my time, and my heart belong to?: Asserting ownership over our bodies, time, thoughts, and emotions and reclaiming autonomy.

Aging: Exploring our concepts of beauty, the judgments and fears we hold about aging, and choosing to embrace ourselves with self-love and self-respect at any age.

Financial abundance in relation to being a woman: Exploring financial empowerment and overcoming barriers to being an economically independent woman and still find the balance to allow receiving money for unpaid work.

I invite you to embark on this empowering journey with me, where we will support each other energetically in navigating and transcending the challenges, sometimes imposed by gender inequality. Let's come together to reclaim our voices, rewrite our narratives, and empower each other to thrive.

If you are unfamiliar with MAP, make sure to watch the video provided, before joining the first session. This will train your brain, how to treat and neutralize unhelpful memories, beliefs, events, and emotions during the sessions.
