As the landscape of Open Educational Resources is becoming more diverse and complex, educators are struggling to keep track of quality OERs and the best practices in their use. ENCORE (ENriching Circular use of OeR for Education) supports the changing role of educators, who are becoming education and experience designers, by contributing to the teaching and recognition of the skills most affected by macro-trends (digitalization, climate change and post-COVID economic recovery challenges). Throughquantitative/data-driven and qualitative/expert-driven research and activities, ENCORE has developed principles to reuse Open Educational Resources (OER), and support for educators in teaching and learning design.In this first ENCORE webinar week, ENCORE partners present the outcomes of first phase of the project, which includes the ENCORE platform, the exploration of Open Badges, council recommendations and micro-credentials, and skills intelligence using Artificial Intelligence.
