The year is slowly coming to an end and you don’t have to wait until 2022 to start making changes.

Learn from what has and has not been working, and start thinking about things that should be improved for the year to come. Start planning ahead and set specific goals or action points you want to start working towards. During this session we will go through the key stages of the reflection process ending with action points. Setting goals is one thing, but sticking to them and achieving them continues to be an endless challenge for many. We have been trying out different tools and frameworks to achieve goals. During this session we will give you valuable tips and tools to help you reach your goals from now on.This will be a (semi) interactive for anyone who feels like reflecting or who is open to trying out something new. Active participation is encouraged (camera's on, microphones off) while everyone will reflect individually. Towards the end of the session there is possibility to share your goals with other participants and get suggestions on the best ways reaching your goals.

🪞What is reflection?Reflecting is a way of creating awareness through and from situations, gaining new insights about yourself and your behavior. Being able to repeat or improve successes, and providing learning opportunities for growth.💡Why reflect?We build up understanding through our experience in the world, but until we reflect this understanding remains an intuition that stays in your gut. Reflection can be seen as an explanation of what we do and why we do what we do, a very important language for learning. By reflecting you can develop your own understanding deeply, allowing you to grow and continuously improve situations and yourself. The process of reflection helps you develop your own understanding more deeply. It allows you to recognize your intuitive knowledge which in time can be shared with others. Self-knowledge becomes an outcome of learning.Can’t make it to the live session or something came up unexpectedly?
