A guided 75-minute session exploring breathwork, chakra activation, and energy work to ground, realign, and recharge your body and energy. Through full body grounding, chakra activation, somatic movement, and deep integration, this session supports the natural release of tension, restores your energy, and leaves you feeling genuinely recharged. Try to avoid jeans, skirts, or any tight everyday outfits.</li><li>What to Bring: All essentials are available (yoga mat, cushion, small blanket, water and tea), please bring with you an eye mask or blindfold, notebook and pen, and water bottle.</li><li>Diet: For your wellbeing during the session, please avoid eating for at least 2 hours beforehand. Refrain from drinking alcohol the day before and the day after.</li><li>Intention: Before arriving, take a quiet moment to set an intention, something you’d like to release, invite into your life, or spend time reflecting on.</li><li>Aftercare: Try to keep the rest of your day light and unstructured so you can fully integrate the experience. If possible, avoid scheduling commitments immediately afterward.</li></ul><h3> </h3>CONTRA-INDICATIONSThis session is less suitable for people with epilepsy, mania, delusions or psychoses, serious heart problems, low blood pressure, or implants, metal parts or medical devices.
