Come join us for a transformative experience at Espai Adarsha Yoga Studio! A somatic yoga experience through a yin sequence, where you’ll be gently guided into stillness to restore balance and awaken your inner quiet.
Through embodied breath, you’ll soften into presence, preparing your body to receive the deep vibrations of the Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls—infused with gemstones and metals, as they take you on a sonic journey that nurtures your nervous system and brings you back home to yourself.

To close, we’ll share an oracle circle—a space for connection and nourishment.
