Join us for a unique and authentic Valencian experience with Chef Nando, who brings over 20 years of expertise in paella cooking and culinary teaching 👨‍🍳✨

This is not just a cooking class — it’s a fun and interactive cooking show where everyone gets involved! Together, we will prepare the ingredients needed for a traditional paella valenciana, working in teams so each group contributes to different parts of the process.

Throughout the experience, you’ll enjoy drinks included 🍷🍺🥤 (wine, beer, soft drinks, and water) while cooking and socializing in a relaxed and lively atmosphere.

Chef Nando will guide you step by step, sharing all the secrets and tricks to create the perfect paella. Using a microphone, he will explain each stage of the process — from preparing the ingredients to the key moments when they are added to the pan.
