Become a Certified Enviolo Expert!
Our Enviolo Retail Training equips you with all the essential skills to confidently install, maintain, sell, and promote the latest Enviolo products. We focus on quality over quantity: each session is limited to 25 participants and led by two dedicated trainers to ensure personal attention and hands-on learning. We don’t just talk about our products, we show them in action. Expect an engaging, practical day that gives you everything you need to become an Enviolo expert.
We offer 2 different types of trainings:
- SALES TRAINING / HALF DAY (09:00 - 12:30)
In this sales training you learn how to effectively promote and sell Enviolo’s automatic and manual shifting systems, with a special focus on the growing demand for automatic shifting. You will enhance your ability to effectively communicate our unique selling points, benefits, and target audience insights. We will equip you with practical tools and compelling talking points to boost confidence on the shop floor or in your workshop. You also see just how easy it is to retrofit or rebuild bikes with our automatic system – a key selling advantage.
Who is it for? Sales employees, bike mechanics, or shop owners. This training is good for anyone working in the bike store or workshop and wanting to know more about Enviolo. This training is especially good for anyone involved in customer interaction or bike sales.
- SALES TRAINING + TECHNICAL WORKSHOPS / FULL DAY (09:00 - 16:00)
This comprehensive full-day training includes everything from the morning plus hands-on technical workshops. The morning session focuses on building your confidence in understanding Enviolo products—who they’re for, what makes them unique, and how to match customers with the right solution. In the afternoon, we move to the workbench for hands-on technical workshops where you’ll learn to install, service, and troubleshoot Enviolo systems. Whether you’re on the sales floor or in the workshop, understanding both the “why” and the “how” of our products will help you support your customers better—and work more confidently as a team.
Who is it for? Primarily designed for bike mechanics and workshop managers. However, it’s also valuable for anyone looking to deepen their understanding of the technical side of Enviolo products. (Please note: the afternoon session focuses on hands-on technical work.)
Practical information
Language: This enviolo training session will be in English.
Parking: There is no parking available at our head office. We recommend using P+R RAI Amsterdam. This is one of the P+R locations where you can park cheaply and then use public transport to visit the center of Amsterdam. With metro 52 from Europaplein you travel quickly and easily within a few minutes to metro station Rokin, from there it is a 10 minute walk to our head office on the Looiersgracht.
Changes and cancellations: cancellations are possible until 4 weeks before the start of the event. Switching date or location is only possible more than 3 weeks in advance of the event.

Yes you can. Login to your eventbrite account on a computer via: https://www.eventbrite.com/signin/ > Then go to tickets > Click on edit to change your name.
We start at 09:00AM, so make sure to be there on time. Our Sales Training finishes at 12:30PM, our Sales+Tech training includes lunch and an afternoon program that will end around 4PM.
No, just your ticket and make sure you are at the location on time to start at 09:00.
No worries. If you arrive a bit later, you can still join. No need to let us know. Only If you have a last minute cancellation, please get in touch.
Some venues are not confirmed yet. The locations will be added on the homepage and on your ticket, at the latest 2 weeks before the start date of the event. We will personally inform you once the location is confirmed.
No, this is not possible. You can only purchase tickets for the same day in 1 order. For every other day you have to place a new order.

You will have the option to fill in your promo code during check-out of your preferred date. Once you fill in the code a new box appears called ENVIOLO CODE. Choose the amount of tickets you would like to buy.
