ESG: FIND THE RIGHT BALANCE AND MAKE THE RIGHT MOVES TO SUSTAINABILITY

The times of ‘value only for Shareholders’ are way behind us. Companies and their investors need to deal with many Environmental, Social & Governance aspects and run their businesses in a more responsible and sustainable manner.

In this session, Legadex and sustainability consultancy firm TAUW will share their experience in ESG matters in daily business operations as well as M&A transactions and ESG Due Diligence. How can investors and companies deal with ESG purposefully, and what are topics to focus on?

Julian Stempher and Nick Distelbrink will present on behalf of TAUW with introductions from Luc van Daele and Morad Kada from Legadex. An introduction to Governance will be presented by Femke Pos, member of the Legadex Management Team responsible for Corporate matters.

GETTING THERE:

The Symphony Auditorium is easily accessible by public transport as well as by car. Amsterdam South station is a 2-minute walk away. You can park your car under the building in Q-park Symphony (Leo Smitstraat 4, 1082 MP Amsterdam). Or you can park your car along the road on Boelenlaan at a slightly lower rate.

The Symphony Auditorium is located within the Symphony Offices. The entrance to the Symphony Auditorium is via a revolving door (Door 117) on the Gustav Mahlerplein. This door is also the entrance to the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (Tinbergen Institute). On entering the lobby please take the stairs up to the Auditorium.
