I will teach you about the secret properties of essential oils 4 your body mind &amp; soul &amp; will make you a nice personal blend to take home. (workshop only 16€ &amp; 26.20€ including personal blend) You will learn how they occur in nature and how we can use them to our benefit just like nature does. How they can be part of your daily life solutions by for example replacing chemical detergent by natural ones by making them yourselves, making a natural perfume, deodorant, face-cream and several other purposes, making a nice natural lemonade that contains several others benefits and much more (some of these will be done in seperate worshops).We will taste, smell, apply, serve our senses with these great scenting gifts of the earth, let&#x27;s experience! -If you wish to learn how to work with the essential oils in your own practice for example: healer, pedicure, skin-specialist, complementary/naturaltherapist/herbalist, acupuncturist and many more professions that can integrate and embrace essential oils as a great combi, i can tell you all about that as well. Wat essentiële oliën zijn, waar ze voor dienen en waar ze van gemaakt zijn door moeder natuur.2. Hoe essentiële plant/boom/gewas oliën kunnen worden ingezet, zowel fysiek, mentaal als spiritueel, energetisch en als onderdeel van een holistische lifestyle.3. Hoe zij je voorgaande kennis kunnen aanvullen met natuurlijke oplossingen voor huis tuin en keuken en zelf.4. Hoe essentiële oliën ondersteuning kunnen bieden in vele toepassingsmethoden.5. Hoe je lekkere rommelvrijer parfums kan maken.We gaan de olien: 1. Inhaleren vanuit de handpalmen. 2. Rechtstreeks (of verdund met cocosolie) op de huid aan te brengen3. Ruiken via een diffuser (die de olie en hen werking via koude stoom door de lucht verspreidt). Op deze manier kan je je gemoedstoestand positief beïnvloeden.4. proeven o.a. in water (ja sommige van deze olien zijn zelfs geschikt voor inname en voor het op smaak maken van voeding:))5. Een hoop leren over wat olien doen en waarvoor je ze kan gebruiken.
