Yes. The training is designed for participants who are new to EU funding or have limited experience and want a structured way to understand the system.

Is this training only about Horizon Europe?

Accepted Answer

No. Horizon Europe will be used as one example, but this is not a Horizon-only training. We will also discuss EU programmes, funds, instruments, Erasmus+ logic, LIFE, CERV, Digital Europe, shared-management funds, cascade funding, open calls, tenders and financial instruments.

Is it suitable for SMEs and startups?

Yes. SMEs and startups will benefit especially from the sections on direct EU grants, cascade funding, open calls, innovation support, financial instruments, EIT / KIC opportunities and Go / No-Go assessment.

Question 4

Is it suitable for NGOs?

Accepted Answer

Yes. NGOs will benefit from the sections on EU funding routes for social impact, inclusion, rights, youth, community projects, culture, education and civic initiatives.

Is it suitable for schools, VET providers and universities?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Education providers will benefit from the sections on Erasmus+, CERV, Digital Europe, partnerships, education-related calls and how to structure a project concept.

Do I need to have a project idea before joining?

Accepted Answer

No. You can join even if you do not have a fully developed idea. During the Application Lab, you will learn how to assess possible funding routes and structure a first project concept.
If you already have an idea, you can use it during the exercises.

Will I write a full EU proposal during the training?

No. A full EU proposal usually requires more time, programme-specific rules, partners, budget work and supporting documents.
You will learn how to analyse a call, assess fit and eligibility, and structure a first one-page project concept that can later be developed into a full application.

Will this training guarantee funding?

No. No training can guarantee funding.
The goal is to help you understand the EU funding landscape, assess opportunities correctly and prepare a stronger starting point for future applications.

Yes. Recordings will be available to registered participants for 30 days after the training.

Will I receive a certificate?

Yes. Participants will receive a certificate of participation.

No. This is a practical professional training and includes a certificate of participation, not an accredited academic certification.

Yes. An invoice is issued for each registration.

You will have access to the recording for 30 days. However, live participation is strongly recommended, especially for the Application Lab.
