Choreographer Tamar Porcelijn shares "work in progress" of her latest production "Falling Apart Together". A unique preview, leading up to the premiere, which will take place during the X Flamenco Biennale Nederland in October of this year.
The performance combines elements from flamenco with contemporary dance and live guitar, creating a cinematic experience.

This production is developed in collaboration with MAPA . Tamar Porcelijn has been selected by Fonds Podiumkusnten to receive support as a New Maker for the coming

Please make sure to arrive well in advance, so you have time to find your way to our hidden gem of a theatre. You will find us by entering the terrain of Korte Verspronckweg 7-9 and following the MAPA signs (see image for exact location).

MAPA specialises in mime, physical theatre and music theatre, as well as (analogue) light & projection techniques. We have the expertise and technical facilities to allow for hands-on learning and creating.

Our emphasis on mobility, small-scale production, audience awareness and a collaborative mentality, enables artists to create high quality work under all circumstances and in any space.

Our team consists of seasoned artists and teachers, all experts in their field. We believe an artist's most valuable resource is a strong network, providing support, inspiration and expertise. We call this "the bank without money". The active input and participation from everyone who passes through our doors is crucial when it comes to shaping and nourishing our community.
