Starting a new job/internship in Brussels or in your home country and you need to work with EU affairs? Or are you still a student but will graduate this summer and do you already want to familiarise yourself with the skills needed in EU public affairs? Do you want to be a step ahead and add value to your organisation from day one? Do you want to broaden your network and make friends? This is your chance!This practical masterclass will provide you with the skills and knowledge you need know to succeed as an EU affairs intern, future intern or junior. The following elements are included: <ul><li>Refresher &amp; deep dive: how the EU institutions work and how to work with them</li><li>How to handle the information tsunami </li><li>How to organise a successful advocacy event in Brussels </li><li>Writing skills for interns/juniors</li><li>Shortcuts to success</li></ul>The masterclass will start with a networking lunch.Upon completion, you will receive a certificate of attendance. Why you should participate:1. You will gain a solid understanding of how Brussel works, and how to succeed.2. You will have the opportunity to broaden your network. After the masterclass, we will stay in touch and you will be invited to exclusive events which will enable you to also meet alumni of other classes.3. Small groups and therefore a lot of personal attention will be given.4.
