My name is Marco Colnaghi. I am a coach, facilitator, and expert in complex systems with a PhD from University College London. I support people in navigating transitions, finding clarity, and creating conscious change, at the interface between mindfulness and personal growth. My background includes a decade of research and teaching in world-class universities, as well as long-term contemplative practice. The Fatherhood Circle is a space for dads to connect consciously and grow together. Through deep listening, meditative practice, and authentic relating, we expand our capacity to be more present, loving, and aware.Whether you are preparing for a new arrival, thinking about becoming a father, or are already deep in the wonderful journey of fatherhood, our sessions offer you a safe place to ground and re-center yourself, connect with other dads, and share your experiences and insights.During each session, we hold space for each other in an open-hearted way, communicate authentically, and listen deeply, sharing the joys, the discoveries, and the challenges of our journeys.
